เป็นศาสตราจารย์และแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกุมารเวชศาสตร์ต่อมไร้ท่อ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวินิจฉัยและดูแลรักษาเด็กและวัยรุ่นที่มีปัญหาฮอร์โมนและภาวะเจริญเติบโตผิดปกติ อีกทั้งมีผลงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ท่านมีบทบาทสำคัญทั้งในการบริการดูแลผู้ป่วย การสอนนิสิตและแพทย์ประจำบ้าน รวมถึงการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชากุมารเวชศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
